How do I reserve an apartment?

Fill in your information here. We will confirm via email if there is an apartment available and answer any questions you might have. If a decision is made to lease the apartment, a lease agreement will be sent and signed online. Once the lease agreement is signed an invoice with the first rent and registration fee is sent via email. Invoices can be paid with bank transfer or swish.

Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve an apartment?

No, the only fee we will charge is a 2000 SEK registration fee.

Do I have to be a student to rent?

Yes, we only rent out to students. We will request a verification of student status once the semester have started. This can be done through an enrollment paper or student ID card that must be the same as the renters name.

How do I schedule a viewing?

Send an email to hello@hellenicliving.com. If you are unable to come to Stockholm you will receive a link to a video viewing.

Will I need to move out during the Christmas break?

Between the 20th of December - 5th of January there is maintenance on all rooms. If you wish to continue to lease during this time you will be moved to a different but identical apartment. For those leaving during the Christmas break no rent will be paid during these days and storage space is available at the hotel.

What is included in the rent?

Cleaning once a month, heating, electricity, water, wifi, 24h reception service, laundry room and shared hotel spaces access.

Can I terminate a signed lease agreement?

We have a three month notice of termination.
